Heads Or Tales Live- deluxe digi-pack

SAGA release a deluxe digi-pack live version of their defining album, “Heads Or Tales Live” which is released on 30 May 2011 via Edel’s international rock label, earMUSIC distributed in the UK & Republic of Ireland by Absolute via Universal. On the 2010 with “Heads Or Tales” Tour, SAGA played all of their hits with new singer Rob Moratti and, at various shows, the album “Heads or Tales” was played live in its entirety. This release documents one of the best live renditions of a truly classic album.

Having sold over 8 million albums, SAGA started off in Ontario, Canada and released their first self-titled debut album in 1978. This album boasted hits like ‘How Long?’, ‘Humble Stance’ and ‘The Perfectionist’ and the band’s original mix of prog, pop and classic rock gained them fans all over the world. It was, however, their epic 5th studio album “Heads Or Tales” [1983] that really kick-started their success. Containing singles like ‘The Flyer’ and ‘Scratching The Surface’, with this album they became one of the “big names” for fans of bands like Rush or YES and their popularity kept growing.

In 2008, Sadler left the band being replaced by vocalist Rob Moratti, who toured and featured on “The Human Condition” album. SAGA have now announced the return of Michael Sadler [new album scheduled on earMUSIC for September 2011] making “Heads Or Tales Live” a true celebration of Rob Moratti’s time with the band. ? earMUSIC is a project of Edel ?
